Tammy was outstanding!!! She was very knowledgeable on the houses in the market selling around our home, she had great recommendations on minor changes that would help the home POP before sale and she was flexible with our “requirements”. I appreciated her responsiveness to questions, she was always willing to listen and was able to help us sell our home in record time before the market went crazy!!!

Totally love my experience with Graham and Grace Realty buying my first home. Kelly and Jon were amazing throughout the entire process. Quick to reply all my questions (even the silly ones). Wow! What a great, painless experience Kelly provided from the initial contact to today’s closing. Could not be happier with her assistance, knowledge and performance. Kelly and Jon were amazing to work with! She told me exactly what to do to get the max sales price.
